• Payment & Cancellations: As this is a special event, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable, so please consider this before booking.
• Bookings: The last day to book this event is 19 November 2026.
• Dietary Requirements: Most dietary requirements can be accommodated when advised at least 7 days prior to the event. Please notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate dietary adjustments on the day.
• Seating: Tables of 10 guests will be shared for this event. A limited number of tables accommodating 12 guests are available and are subject to availability.
• Promotions: This event cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, offers or vouchers.
