Referral Dollars Program

Planning your next conference or celebration at Pagoda just got even more rewarding. When you refer a friend or business associate to host their event with us, you’ll earn Pagoda Dollars once their booking is confirmed & has materialised. Your Pagoda Dollars can then be used towards your own future events, accommodation, or dining experiences with us – turning every successful referral into more memorable moments at Pagoda.

 

Pagoda Dollars can be redeemed for services at Pagoda Resort & Spa including accommodation, room service, Food & Beverage at Waterwall Restaurant & Bar and conference costs, valid for 1 year from date of the event.

 

• $50 Pagoda Dollars - $1,500 to $3,000 per event
• $100 Pagoda Dollars - $3,001 to $5,000 per event
• $200 Pagoda Dollars - $5,001 to $10,000 per event
• $250 Pagoda Dollars - $10,001+ per event

 

Referral Dollars – Terms & Conditions

• Referral Dollars (“Pagoda Dollars”) are issued only for new bookings referred to Pagoda Resort & Spa that are confirmed with a deposit and have materialised (i.e. the event has taken place).
• The minimum event value to qualify is $1,500 per event. Event value is determined by the net amount paid to the hotel for the event, exclusive of taxes, surcharges, or third-party costs.
• Referral Dollars are issued in the form of Gift Vouchers in Pagoda Dollars and in increments of $50, based on the total value of the event, and are issued to the referrer only once the referred event has been held and full payment received by the hotel.
• Pagoda Dollars Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the event date. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
• Pagoda Dollars Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation, room service, food & beverage at Waterwall Restaurant & Bar, and conference costs at Pagoda Resort & Spa but cannot be used to pay event deposits and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Original Pagoda Dollars Gift Vouchers must be presented to redeem any services.
• Pagoda Dollars Gift Vouchers are transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
• Special events and special event dates (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve) and Public Holidays may be excluded or subject to surcharge at the hotel’s discretion.
• All services are subject to availability.
• To qualify as the person referring the event to Pagoda Resort & Spa, verbal and/or written notification directly to the Banquet Sales Team is required, providing the proposed event and event contact details and to register their valid contact details for the Referral Dollars Program. Only 1 person qualifies per event.
• Standard hotel event terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply. If an event is cancelled or amended, any entitlement to Referral Dollars may be forfeited.
