Start the day with our Mother’s Day Buffet Breakfast, featuring a generous spread of breakfast favourites alongside a selection of special dishes. From freshly baked pastries and seasonal fruits to hearty hot breakfast classics, it’s the perfect way to begin a day dedicated to Mum.

For those celebrating later in the day, our Mother’s Day Lunch offers a relaxed grazing-style dining experience designed to be shared. Indulge in a selection of beautifully presented platters, including premium seafood, succulent roasts, artisan charcuterie and a selection of cheeses, all thoughtfully prepared to bring everyone together around the table.

Start Mother’s Day with a relaxed Buffet Breakfast at Pagoda Resort & Spa, the perfect way to gather the family and celebrate Mum.

Enjoy a generous breakfast spread in a warm, welcoming setting. The buffet features fresh seasonal fruits, cereals, yoghurt, cheese and charcuterie, and smoked salmon with house pickled vegetables. A selection of hot breakfast favourites will also be available, including eggs, bacon, chipolatas, chorizo baked eggs, hash browns and grilled vegetables. To finish, enjoy pancakes served with maple syrup for a sweet start to the day.

Our Mother’s Day Lunch at Pagoda Resort & Spa is inspired by the relaxed flavours of the Amalfi Coast and Southern Italy, designed as a generous grazing-style experience to share.

Enjoy abundant platters of fresh seafood including oysters, smoked salmon, prawns and gratinate mussels, alongside cured meats, marinated olives and artisan cheeses. Hearty favourites such as O’Connor roasted sirloin, honey and mustard pork loin and marinated grilled chicken are complemented by roasted seasonal sides, before finishing with a white chocolate and raspberry dome for a sweet finale to a long, leisurely lunch.
