Entries 

• Entry is exclusive to Swancon attendees aged 18 years and over.
• Limit of one entry per attendee.
• A valid email address must be provided, as the winner will be contacted via email.
• By entering, you consent to receive electronic newsletter communications from Pagoda Resort & Spa.
• Entries must be received by 11:59pm on Monday 1 June 2026.
• The winner will be drawn and contacted after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
• The prize voucher must be collected in person from Pagoda Resort & Spa at a time arranged with the hotel. Proof of identity may be required upon collection.

Voucher

• The voucher is valid for a single use only and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or alternative services.
• The voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the named prize winner only, unless discussed directly with the hotel.
• Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout dates may apply, including but not limited to peak periods, special events, and public holidays.
• The voucher must be used on or before the stated expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and extensions will not be granted unless authorised by Pagoda Resort & Spa management.
• Advance booking is essential and must be made directly with Pagoda Resort & Spa reservations team by stating the voucher number. The original voucher must be presented at the time of check-in.
• Any additional charges incurred during the stay (including but not limited to room upgrades, additional guests or incidentals) are the responsibility of the guest and must be settled upon departure.
• The voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
