Events Department Team Member

Working alongside our Events Department, assisting with the coordination and delivery of a wide range of corporate and social events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with event enquiries and client communication.
• Conducting venue site inspections and familiarisations.
• Supporting event coordination and administration.
• Assisting with event execution and operational support on event days.
• Liaising with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Updating and maintaining client information within Salesforce.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

About you:

• Min 2 years’ experience within the hotel events space.
• Previous experience in conferences, functions or events highly regarded.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•  A warm, professional, and positive approach to customer service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts midday - 7pm.
• Extended hours during school holidays.
