Pagoda Resort & Spa invites you to welcome the season of renewal with our Summer Indulgence High Tea—a vibrant celebration of fresh flavours and indulgent delights. This seasonal menu is thoughtfully crafted to capture the essence of summer, pairing light and refreshing bites with timeless favourites.

Savour highlight dishes such as the delightful smoked salmon & fish roe salsa flower tartlet, and sweet treats like our traditional scones with cream and jam or the silky matcha tea pannacotta. Each tier is designed to bring a touch of springtime indulgence to your afternoon.

Celebrate the beauty of summer with our Summer Indulgence High Tea. Available Saturdays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and Sundays from 1pm to 4pm. Available on Weekends (3 days notice is required, 7 days notice for groups of 10 people or more)

Free Flowing Alcoholic High Tea is for two hours from seated and must be applied to the entire group

Bookings are essential with 3 days notice required. For groups of 10 people or more, 7 days notice is required. If you have a booking inside of the notice period, please contact the restaurant directly to enquire about availability
Weekday bookings available for groups of min. 10 people
A credit card Booking Guarantee of $55 per person is required to finalise your booking (effective 1 January 2026). Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at this time.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking or don't show up, a cancellation per person will be processed.
Please provide confirmation of Final Numbers 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Our High Tea is a carefully curated experience with a fixed menu. We are unable to make any changes or substitutions.

With a menu designed to warm you from the inside out, this high tea is destined to be a crowd favourite. Start off your experience with a delightful chocolate shooter and chocolate twist pastry delivered to your table upon arrival. Following these delights, indulge in traditional high tea classics with a chocolate twist. To accompany these treats, sip on free-flowing premium leaf teas and fresh brewed coffee.
